162 Games Here To Stay In MLB

The game of baseball, so loved in history for generations, yet the 21st century has seen a generation loss of its fan base.

The American Pastime has become slow and boring to some, so slow that baseball has broken away from tradition, adding a game clock in between innings and forcing the batters to stay in the box.

Then again, no hitter should be reminded to stay in the box.

Yes, baseball has broken away from tradition, but what about reverting back to a 154-game schedule?

Won’t happen, 162 games are here to stay.

The owners realize its money for their teams through attendance and television money.

Then again, do people really care about baseball come September?

People’s attention turn from the American Pastime of baseball to the American obsession of football.
